We deliver to Austria as well as all EU countries and Switzerland. If your EU country is not listed among the options in the shop or you would like to have your order shipped outside the EU please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
All bank chargers must be paid by the customer.
Deliveries to Switzerland: the customer is responsible for payment of any import duties or VAT. Click here for details of shipping.

Your order will be dispatched 1-3 working days after we receive the full payment.
If we are not able to dispatch an order 1-3 working days after we receive the full payment, we will notify you of the scheduled delivery date without delay. If the scheduled delivery date exceeds six weeks from the point the payment is received, or the agreed delivery date is missed by more than two weeks, you are entitled to cancel the order. In such event your payment will be refunded in full.
Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Please note that you are liable for delivery costs for any items that you return or exchange. If you do not pay sufficient postage we will invoice you the difference. Please note that items must be returned in the original packaging without any visible signs of wear or damage.
If the original packaging is missing or damaged, repackaging fees may apply.
